RolePlaying Anime & Cartoon: Reforms

What we're here for

The RPA&C Reform Committee is just that. Responsible for Reforming RPA&C into the section that it could be. In the past, certain groups or individuals (or both) have always stunted its potential by making it into a difficult place for newcomers to fit into...a difficult place to rise to the top in. Generally there was one or two clans on top, and the rest were just fodder...

This is what we want to change.

Committee Operating Procedures

- In general, everything that the committee decides will be done through voting. The committee chairperson will NOT get a vote, but they WILL have an executive veto that they should use very seldomly.

- If you have an issue with another member on the committee, it should be brought up in private to the chairperson. If your issue is with the chairperson, you should go to the next highest person in the chain of command (If your chairperson is a normal member, you should go to a mod, if a mod then the hmod, if the hmod then an admin, etc.)

- Clan City Staff has the power to add and remove people from the committee. The committee can also remove a member by vote of majority. The chairperson must be removed by the Clan City Staff.

- The Committee represents Clan City. It is essential that everyone on the committee follow Clan City and The World Community rules at all times.

Member Responsibilities

- All committee members must contribute on a regular basis. (If you're going to be away, please let us know.)

- All committee members must do their part. (For example, helping to come up with alternative solutions to an issue they might not agree with rather than just disagreeing, and also helping to compromise with those who might disagree.)

- All committee members must respect the rules of TWC and CC.

- All committee members must remain unbiased in any decisions they take.

(Failure to comply with any of the above responsibilities might result in your removal from the committee)

How to Apply

Check it out here. Keep in mind that the RPA&C Reform Committee, including the chairperson, is only a 6 Person Committee, so if you're interested keep an eye open. A slot might open up in the future.
