Welcome to the Clan City Community forum where it all happens! This area acts as a forum to chat to other Clan City members, and also a place to discuss ideas, suggestions and planning into the running of of this section. Nothing will be off-limits with some exceptions - Bannings/Warnings, top-secret projects that would have been off-limits to clan leaders anyway, and anything that breaks the Rules (see below). This allows all members to contribute and hopefully take more of an active interest in how Clan City is run. We hope for this area to become very active and for CC members to become genuinely more interested in the future of this section.

The Rules

1. Rule Breakages. It stands to reason not to break the general TWC or CC rules in this topic. This also includes baiting, such as deliberately trying to offend another member.

2. A right to contribute, not to argue. You have a right to state your opinion, but all too often a discussion will turn into an argument. Such arguments tend to prevent anything else being discussed and stall the decision making process. If you are asked to drop it, you are to do so. The chairman of CCC has the right to ask any matter to be dropped (ie:--), as does any admin.

3. Positive Contributions. Do not approach a debate or an idea with the mindset that it's all wrong. There is nothing worse than to have someone reply to a topic with a post along the lines of "This is a terrible idea, just scrap it". This is an insult to the person who came up with the idea in the first place.

4. Spam. Please do not make a topic to spam in. Casual topics are fine, provided they have some kind of point to them. If you want to spam, go to Ramblings.
